DISHWASHER BLOWING FUSE

kitchen Aid dishwasher,you had a repairman replace the control but it is still blowing fuse, MOD# kud101ilbl6 i try to check the model to see what kind of drain pump is used on the dishwasher but their is an error in the number either a letter or number is out of place or missing, generally speaking there are basically two styles of drain motor configuration one is attached to the main motor and the other is a seperate motor by itself. When the drain motor is a part of the main motor the dishwasher washes in one direction and drain in the oposite direction,if there is some foreign object in the pump it can stop the motor from turning and that can cause the fuse to blow. If the drain pump is seperate and defective this can also blow the fuse,but a more common cause of blown fuse that i see frequently is water leaking on to the power wire connection,usually on terminals where the power wire is connected to the dishwasher,these terminals also get loose and will blow the fuse when the connection is poor.
